Agama Acharya (Pancharatra Agama)

After completing his traditional studies, he continued the hereditary service as an Archaka at Sri Rajagopalaswamy Temple. He has also actively participated in numerous Kumbhabhishekams (Temple Consecrations) and major temple festivals across Tamil Nadu, earning recognition for his expertise in Agama traditions, temple administration, and Alankara Seva.

At the invitation of Pujyasri Maharanyam Sri Sri Muralidhara Swamigal, Sri Prasanna Venkatesa Dikshithar joined the Srimathi Jayanthi Janakiraman Ninaivu Dravida Veda Agama Padasala, Thirunangur, as the Agama Acharya. For over a decade, he has been imparting comprehensive training in Sri Pancharatra Agama, combining scriptural knowledge with practical temple worship and ritual procedures.

His dedication to teaching has helped nurture a new generation of Agama scholars and temple priests. Under his guidance, more than 40 students have successfully completed their Agama education and are now serving in temples across India and abroad.

Known for his clarity in teaching, practical approach, and deep commitment to preserving the Agama tradition, Sri Prasanna Venkatesa Dikshithar continues to play a vital role in fulfilling the Padasala’s mission of preserving and propagating the sacred heritage of Sanatana Dharma through systematic Agama education.
